President Biden will travel to Israel on Wednesday in a show of solidarity with the Jewish state in the wake of the surprise terror attack by the terrorist organization Hamas earlier this month.
The White House announced the visit late Monday.
It was later confirmed by Secretary of State Antony Blinken, who revealed Mr. Biden’s plans during his own trip to Tel Aviv.
“He is coming here at a critical moment for Israel, for the region and for the world.” Mr. Blinken said.
